Warranty
The process of the present Warranty Policy to attend any doubt or clarification of your merchandise, must be carried out having at hand: invoice, copy of the order form and quotation that you authorized.
Of the processing of the nonconformity:
- The ways to deal with your doubt or clarification can be received:
- Through the telephone line: 871 707 4200 ext. 181.
- Through the e-mail: atencionaclientes@carmonaimpresores.com.mx
- Through a commercial advisor.
Any negotiation, treatment or agreement that you generate with your Commercial Advisor will not be recognized as a solution proposal from Carmona Impresores S.A. de C.V., but only with the written agreements generated by the Customer Service Department.
- If the company is an industrial company, you have 30 calendar days to present any doubt, clarification and/or disagreement after having received your material; on the other hand, commercial companies have 4 calendar days, once this time has expired, your complaint will not proceed.
- Once your claim is accepted according to the points established in this document, a proposal will be made to solve your request, you will have 48 hours to respond to the solution presented to you, if there is no response within this time, the proposal will no longer proceed.
- Any type of clarification and/or agreement with the Customer Service Department must be in writing. Carmona Impresores S.A. de C.V. does not commit to verbal agreements.
- Carmona Impresores S.A. de C.V. will not take as a first level of solution the total or partial reimbursement of your payment, to cover any return or replacement.
- Manufacturing Failure is understood as the defects presented in the printed material and that correspond to: cutting, printing (out of tolerance), finishing, gluing, folding, packaging, stamping or binding.
- Distribution Failure is understood as any defect presented during the delivery of merchandise in the company's own vehicles, as well as delays in delivery times for reasons attributable to Carmona Impresores S.A. de C.V.
- The processing of the non-conformity, complaint or return must strictly correspond to the conditions and/or specifications set forth in the Order Form (previously authorized).

Of the Document conditions:
- You should sustain your non-conformity, complaint and/or returns if you find that you have received a finished product with conditions not mentioned nor prior authorized during the reviewing process of the documents, under authorization of the digital dummy and with the “Review Result” format.
- Carmona Impresores S.A. de C.V. declines to resolve your disagreement once you authorize the "Review Result" format.
Of the Materials used in the manufacturing of your printouts:
- There may be variations in the thickness of the papers within +/- 2 microns, which corresponds directly to the making process of our suppliers.
- The levels of whiteness and opacity of the paper may or may not be uniform in the handling of the same print run or the previous one that Carmona Impresores S.A. de C.V. has processed, as this depends 100% on our supplier.
- We are not responsible for the natural wear and tear generated by the handling of the materials applied to your merchandise after receiving delivery.
- The final size could present a variation of +/- 2, this is due to the final cut process.
Of the conditions in the Work Order:
- Carmona Impresores S.A. de C.V. is not liable in case of findings in the analysis in your non- conformity of that during the negotiation in leading times by the commercial advisor, if one more of the following processes were added: altered, modified, omitted or excluded from its regular time for each one of them.
- If you decide to suspend or stop the production process in any stage of it, either due to modifications of the authorized document or by any production process, Carmona Impresores S.A. de C.V. reserves the right of applying additional costs when needed. Additionally, that date should be added to its original delivery time.
- Carmona Impresores S.A. de C.V. reserves the right to return the refund of your deposit or full payment in case you decide to suspend the production process.
Of the shipping and storing of the merchandise:
- Carmona Impresores S.A. de C.V. is not liable for any physical damages and / or anomalies in the product due to poor storage and the loading or unloading by the customer and / or the shipping company used for delivery.
- The delivery time of the shipping companies arranged by the company is from 2 to 7 business days, this varies according to the selected courier depending on the destination and occurrence at any given time of the day. All shipments with URGENT, EXTRA URGENT OR NEXT DAY DELIVERY CONDITIONS, will be charged directly to the customer and this shipment could be included in the final invoice.
- The shipments generated for delivery must adhere to the contractual conditions of the shipping companies.
- Carmona Impresores S.A. de C.V. is not responsible for any additional charges generated by changes in the delivery address previously authorized by the customer.
Of the Returns:
- The Customer Service Department is solely responsible for receiving and channeling the information of complaints and returns to the department (departments) involved.
- If the product presents a defect or any Non-conformity from your behalf and the Customer Service Department confirms an applicable reimbursement, the customer must have returned 100% of the materials received and should count with an entry formality of the process from the quality department.
- Carmona Impresores S.A. de C.V. is not responsible for covering any returns if it does not comply with point 2 of this section.
- All costs for returning merchandise by any shipping company must be covered by the customer. For this reason Carmona Impresores S.A. de C.V. under no circumstances, will bear the expenses for transporting and/or shipping the returned merchandise.
- In the case of local deliveries and/or direct deliveries from Carmona Impresores S.A. de
C.V. staff, where you find some unconformity in your product, you will have the right to
refuse it and request its corresponding analysis.
